Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and FLASHDECK STUDIO LTDA ("Company"), governing your download, installation, and use of the CharadesUp mobile application ("Software").

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Software.

If you are acting on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

1. Agreement and Acceptance

This EULA establishes a legally binding relationship between you and FLASHDECK STUDIO LTDA. By using CharadesUp — whether by downloading, installing, or interacting with any of its features — you acknowledge your full acceptance of these terms.

If you are using this app on behalf of a business, organization, or any third party, you certify that you are duly authorized to do so. If not, or if you disagree with any of these terms, you should not install or use the application.

2. Scope of Application

This Agreement applies exclusively to the CharadesUp Software and includes any future enhancements, updates, add-ons, cloud features, or technical support services, unless separate terms are provided with those components.

3. License Grant

FLASHDECK STUDIO LTDA grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the CharadesUp Software on devices under your ownership or control, strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum technical requirements for the Software and is properly configured for its use.

4. Restrictions on Use

You expressly agree NOT to:
